Please allow 1-2 business days for local deliveries. The home owner/buyer must be present at time of delivery. The company’s delivery driver will notify you one hour before expected delivery. However, there are some exceptions consumers must be aware of.

Although deliveries are typically not made on Sundays, the WhtBox team is able to make local home deliveries on Saturdays. Unfortunately, the company does not ship internationally. For customers within a non-contiguous U.S. state or territory—in Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, or the U.S. Virgin Islands—additional fees or shipping restrictions may apply.
The professionals at WhtBox take special care of their products before they are shipped so they arrive on your doorstep safe and secure. However, if something’s not quite right with your order, they can either send you replacement parts or refund you the total price of the merchandise—all you have to do is ship the item(s) back to them within 30 days of delivery. Once they’ve received the item(s), they’ll issue the return credits within 24 hours. WhtBox offers two refund options when returning your purchase: store credit, or a refund to your original form of payment.
