The passionate Pickles & Peas team provides the streets of LA with a deliciously unique twist on Lebanese family recipes. They are serving up a selection of savory spiced meats and vegetables folded into fluffy, cloud-like za’atar-laced bread, as well as Mediterranean rice bowls, lemon kissed garden fresh salads, unforgettable roasted garlic aioli, and more.
Savory wraps, fresh salads, and marinated meats grilled to perfection make Pickles & Peas a unique experience. Inspired by his multicultural background, Chef Omar Saad draws inspiration from his native Lebanon, West Africa (where he was born) and New England (Connecticut, his North American home) to create a mouth-watering flavor profile.

Pickles & Peas, a new Mediterranean food truck concept by Omar Saad, serves up family recipes from his native Lebanon with a unique twist.
Pickles and peas offers a wide variety of items on it’s menu and the food is fresh from the Farmer’s market.
“The Shawarma” features grilled marinated beef, tahini sauce, tomatoes, red onions, lettuce, fresh herbs, pickles all wrapped in a pita.
“The Hometown Glory” is grilled avocado, lettuce, tomatoes, red onions, fresh herbs cucumbers, olives, chickpeas, feta cheese, pickles, fresh lemon juice and olive oil.
They also have “The Best HUMMUS in the World.”
Catering
Their Menu is inspired by farm fresh, seasonal ingredients. They are willing and able to customize a menu that meets your event needs and fits into your budget. They also have vegetarian and vegan options as well.
