All are welcome to our meetings and our many hikes . We are part of the Angeles Chapter of the Sierra Club. Our primary goals are to protect the Santa Clara River, educate people to the wonders of our open spaces and improve the quality of life in the Santa Clarita Valley. We have a vision plan to achieve these goals. The environmental quality of life of these future citizens is even better than the one we experience today.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Future citizens of Santa Clarita value the efforts of today\u2019s citizens for ensuring an ample supply of uncontaminated, drinkable water. Future citizens are vigilant in maintaining our river\u2019s feeder streams and value our watershed and aquifers that play an important role in maintaining a sustainable supply of drinking water.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Sierra Club Angeles Chapter serves Outdoor Enthusiasts &amp; Environmental Activists in SoCal. We lead more hikes and outdoor activities than any Chapter in the US. We have fought to protect California mountains, deserts, rivers, wetlands and coastal waters for 100+ years.
