Founded in April 1976, The Academy Swim Club has been serving Santa Clarita swim lesson students for nearly 40 years in one form or another. The company\u2019s owner, Nikki Miller, opened her business in the centralized location of North Valencia in 2004. Miller has always emphasized the importance of children learning to swim, as more children are drown annually in Southern California than die in car accidents. The urgency of such training was brought home to Miller and her husband, Jim, when their 4-year-old son had to swim to rescue his 1-year-old little brother from the family\u2019s spa when a babysitter was busy on the phone inside the house. \u00a0At The Academy Swim Club, children are taught to swim \u201cfor life.\u201d<\/p>\n

The Academy Swim Club offers lessons to customers of all ages, starting as young as 2 weeks old. The company\u2019s lifeguard certified staff is available for private lessons, semi-private lessons, separate group lessons for kids and adults, and Parent-n-Me lessons. Determined to see each student excel, The Academy Swim Club also makes sure to give special needs students the attention necessary to improve their swimming skills. First-time customers can take advantage of the club\u2019s no-obligation free lesson and assessment to find out what makes The Academy Swim Club an ideal fit. Not only operating in summer, The Academy Swim Club gives Santa Clarita swimming lesson customers the opportunity to get lessons for themselves or their children year-round.<\/p>\n

While swimming lessons are The Academy Swim Club\u2019s primary service, the facility also offers to host birthday and sports parties for customers in the Santa Clarita Valley and beyond. To ensure the party-planning process is as smooth and stress-free as possible for clients, the company can also provide a Baskin Robbins Ice Cream cake, pizza, punch, paper goods, invitations, party favors, lifeguarding and a server.\u00a0 Santa Clarita indoor pool party customers are also assured that the pool will be kept at a comfortable temperature of 92 degrees Fahrenheit, making The Academy Swim Club a great venue choice.<\/p>\n
