You will call the phone number. I\u2019ll be inside wearing gloves, a mask and disinfecting everything, and you\u2019ll put your hearing aid in a basket and I will take care of it for you,\u201d Aronson said.<\/p>\n<p>Additionally, batteries and any other critical supplies patients may need are being mailed by Aronson to her patients\u2019 homes for free.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWe are providing you batteries and whatever other tools that you need to keep your hearing aids working properly so that you\u2019re able to hear during this time,\u201d she said.<\/p>\n<p>Finally, high-risk seniors who have underlying health conditions and cannot leave the house, but need to have their hearing aid serviced in person, are being offered special accommodations.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cIn rare cases, if there is a patient like that, we are willing to drive to the patient\u2019s house and they can leave the hearing aid outside when they know we\u2019re going to be there,\u201d Aronson said. \u201cWe\u2019ll bring tools with us to fix it.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Most importantly, Aronson wants to make sure people know that Advanced Audiology will make every effort to continue supporting them however possible while the coronavirus pandemic continues, and afterward.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cWe want you to know that we are here for you,\u201d Aronson said. \u201cYou do need to continue to hear, so that\u2019s really important\u2026 If you have any issues, please contact us.
