Set-up time is Friday, April 27th from 8am to 6pm. Please note, no setting up before 8am. You will be permitted to drive on to drop off any setup items. Please be considerate of other show vendors and park in parking lot after unloading items. We are expecting over 400 vendors, so please respect this request. There will be secure, designated vendor parking and overnight parking is permitted. Security will be provided during set-up through the end of the event.<\/p>\n<p><strong>SATURDAY APRIL 28TH<\/strong><br \/>\nShow begins at 10am. <em><strong>Due to the safety of Home and Garden Show visitors, vendors will NOT be permitted to drive onto the show grounds after 8am (Food Trucks 9:30am).<\/strong><\/em> No Exceptions. Setup is scheduled for all day Friday. If you are only signed up for Saturday and need to tear down after the show, you cannot drive onto the show area until visitor traffic has left, around 5:20pm. This is for the safety of everyone.<\/p>\n<p><strong>SUNDAY APRIL 29TH<\/strong><br \/>\nShow begins at 10am. <em><strong>Due to the safety of Home and Garden Show visitors, vendors will NOT be permitted to drive onto the show grounds after 8am (Food Trucks 9:30am).<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<p><strong><u>Vendor Teardown<\/u><\/strong> &#8211; All vendors are required to remain open for business until 4pm on Sunday, April 29th. <em><strong>Due to the safety of Home and Garden visitors, vendors, and staff, you will not be permitted to drive onto the show area until visitor traffic has left, around 4:20pm.<\/strong><\/em> Please complete your teardown by 6pm. No security will be provided after 6pm.<\/p>\n<p><strong>HOTEL ACCOMMODATIONS<\/strong><br \/>\nIf you are in need of hotel accommodations, La Quinta Inn &amp; Suites Santa Clarita (Valencia) is offering a special vendor rate.
