Two Santa Clarita Nonprofit Events Being Sponsored By Advanced Audiology

Santa Clarita Audiologist Nola Aronson

Advanced Audiology officials have decided to become title sponsor of two Santa Clarita nonprofit events in the next few weeks.

Circle of Hope

Nola Aronson, an audiologist in Santa Clarita, is vice president of the Circle of Hope board of directors, and so continued her regular sponsorship of the nonprofit’s fundraisers with this weekend’s Afternoon Tea.

“It is one of my favorite organizations because we help all people with cancer now,” Aronson said, adding that Circle of Hope helps people without insurance pay their medical bills and offers Hope’s Haven, which gives those with cancer the opportunity to get free beauty treatments, massages and more.

The Afternoon Tea is slated to take place at the Hyatt Regency Valencia on Saturday, Oct. 12 from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m., and features traditional tea service at decorated tables following the theme, “Celebrating 15 Years of Hope,” the event website stated.

Additionally, the event includes entertainment, music, a silent auction and limited edition “Power of Pink” bracelets available for order, with proceeds and donations going to Circle of Hope.

Valley Industry Association

The second event Advanced Audiology is title sponsor for is the Valley Industry Association (VIA) Black and White Bash, which is designed to “capture the fabulous collision of social, art, fashion, Hollywood, political and literary stars that lit up the Plaza’s Grand Ballroom for a legendary night,” the event website states.

“We give money to a program called Connecting to Success, and that gives high school and junior high students a place to figure out how to interview properly, how to get a job when they get out of school and all of that,” said Aronson, who is a member of VIA’s board of directors.

VIA’s Black and White Bash is set to take place at the Hyatt Regency Valencia on Saturday, Oct. 9 starting at 6 p.m., with a 5 p.m. VIP room early entry.

Not only does Aronson act as a board member for these nonprofits and regularly sponsor nonprofit events, she also chooses to donate a portion of hearing aid sale proceeds at Advanced Audiology to local nonprofits.

“The other thing I really pride myself on is the fact that we take 10 percent of all the hearing aid proceeds and we donate them to different nonprofits,” Aronson said. “We love contributing back to our community, because Santa Clarita is, to me, the most wonderful place to live.”

Aronson continued, “So when you buy a hearing aid from us, you’re not only hearing better, and we guarantee that, but you are also contributing back to your community, and I think that’s a very important thing to look at, is that we are family-owned and operated and we take pride in our community.”

Advanced Audiology was founded in 2010 by Santa Clarita audiologist Nola Aronson, who has been fitting hearing aids for more than 30 years. Advanced Audiology is the largest diagnostic hearing center in the Santa Clarita Valley, focusing on clients with hearing loss, tinnitus, ears ringing and more. Hearing tests, hearing aids and new sound infrared devices are also available at Advanced Audiology in addition to a complete hearing healthcare program that includes free batteries, quarterly cleanings and adjustments.
