They combined their skills of recipe-making and restaurant serving to take a risk and introduce their exquisite array of sandwiches to the streets. They create a unique sense of urgency by having a constantly rotating menu, so every experience is special to the guest and new and exciting for the next one.

Their signature sandwiches include the Freebird, Thai Me Up, and the Motherclucker, which is their take on the classic spicy chicken sandwich. They also offer burgers as well, with options like an Impossible vegan cheeseburger and an original burger with a 6oz. Angus chuck patty. Their cauliflower tacos are also a great snack option for something on the lighter side.
