Founder, Wally Dickey, was born and raised in the Conejo Valley. His mechanical ability, passion, and love for air conditioning and heating developed in his early teens, working for a Thousand Oaks apartment complex, repairing air conditioning and heating systems.
In 1981, it became a “Family Affair” when Wally’s two brothers-in-law (Jim and Dan) joined in. As business grew the decision was made to split Conejo Valley Appliance, Air Conditioning and Heating into two separate companies. Jim and Dan took over Conejo Valley Appliance and Wally continued on with Conejo Valley Heating & Air Conditioning.
Continuing in his father’s footsteps, Wally’s son, Branden, has taken over as CEO and continues to grow Conejo Valley Heating and Air Conditioning into the most reputable air conditioning and heating company in the Conejo Valley.
