Shannon and Heather were two parents with a vision of making a difference in people’s lives. The couple wanted to create a high intensity workout that the average person could attend and not feel intimidated by. Being the creators and founders of 9Round 30 Min Kickboxing Fitness they have had a dedication to what they do and the service they provide clients around the world. With their passion and dedication to what they do Shannon and Heather have “personally implemented, tested, and revised every circuit and every piece of equipment used.”
9Round 30 Min Kickboxing Fitness was created to give the average person access to some of the techniques that are used by “some of the best fighters in the world” along with a taste of what it’s like inside the ring without all the bruises and hitting a fighter typically receives from an opposing fighter.
9Round has become the company it has by continuing to deliver on the message of being able to make the average person stronger in just 30 minutes.
