Fine Lobster in Santa Clarita
The idea for Cousins Maine Lobster came in 2011, when cousins Jim Tselikis and Sabin Lomoc were discussing food they used to eat growing up in Portland, Maine. Impressed with the Los Angeles food truck industry, they decided to start selling Maine lobster in the Los Angeles area. The first truck opened in 2012 and by 2014 they had four trucks in southern California, and one specifically servicing the Santa Clarita Valley. And have since opened 10 franchises throughout the United States.
The cousins appeared on the ABC network reality show Shark Tank in 2012 to pitch their vision to the investors. Since then the business has really taken off. Since their appearance on the program, more trucks have been appearing across the nation. Restaurants have been opening up all over the country. Fresh Maine lobster has definitely found its way into the hearts, and stomachs, of the residents in the Santa Clarita Valley. The show and the popularity of lobster has certainly established the cousins as a dominating force when it comes to fresh delicious lobster from the East Coast.
The cousin’s childhood memories have motivated them to succeed in the food truck and lobster industry. They established their food trucks and restaurants as the best in their industry of fresh Maine lobster. The taste of delicious lobster will certainly make your mouth water. With a menu that is stacked with tasty goodies, from lobster tater tots, to Maine lobster rolls, you can always find some delicious creation off this truck for sure.
