Chef Omar Saad owns Pickles & Peas. Born in West Africa, Saad has traveled the world. Combining his native Lebanese culture with American food culture he has created a unique experience that can go to any event you need. Before creating his own business, Saad worked alongside world famous chefs from coast to coast of the United States. He has worked in Miami, Las Vegas, and Los Angeles in with such brands as the MGM Grand and The Ritz Carlton hotel Company.
The menu is inspired by farm fresh and seasonal ingredients. Ingredients are picked up from the local farmer’s market to ensure the highest quality. Menus can be customized to meet specific catering needs as well tailored to meet budget plans. Vegetarian and vegan needs are easily accommodated for.

Customers choose from dishes such as pita wraps, classic Mediterranean bowls served with house dressings, or mouth watering side dishes. A popular option is the Shawarma Pita Wrap. It features grilled and marinated beef with tahini sauce, lettuce, tomatoes, red onions, fresh herbs, and pickles.
Inspired by Southern California, the Hometown Glory is a great Mediterranean bowl. Filled to the brim the Hometown Glory showcases grilled avocado, fresh herbs, lettuce, tomatoes, chickpeas, red onions, fresh lemon juice, olive oil, feta cheese, cucumbers, and a choice of protein to top it off.
