Pain Relief
Fights Illness is to help kill bacteria that causes acne, dry skin and sickness, while helping boost immune systems. Healing & Pain Relief is to help relieve many ailments such as Fibromyalgia, Rheumatoid Arthritis, Muscle, Spasms, Back Pain, Whiplash, Menstrual Pain, and Insomnia.
The pain relief comes from the relaxation of muscles and joints. Fitness is for athletes who want an extra boost in improving their athletic and fitness performance. A process called ‘hypothermic conditioning” is caused by saunas increasing the core temperature; and it can cause increased endurance and release human growth hormone.

Sauna Treatment
Skin is a session to help improve the tone, elasticity and clarity of skin, slow the process of aging and reduce the effects of sun damage on the skin. Increased blood flow caused by being in a sauna can help relieve eczema, scars, acne, psoriasis, stretch marks, lesions and cellulite.
Vitality helps improve the problems that come with age, problems that come with Manopause & Menopause, such as, insomnia, restlessness, anxiety and cloudy thinking. Vitality helps balance hormones, improve brain function, sex drive and heart function.
Another service offered at the Organic Sweat Shack is light therapy. There are two types available, FAR infrared heat and Chromotherapy. FAR infrared heat penetrates the skin to help heal the body. Chromotherapy, also known as Color Light Therapy, uses colored lights to stimulate the senses, the body and the mind.
