They offer three different plans on their website, so that clients can choose the level of assistance that they will need to complete their remodeling plans.
Clients have the option of choosing between the DIY 4 Plan, DIY Architectural plan, and the DIY Architectural w/ KT+A Architect(s). DIY 4Plan lets clients create their own plans and offers only consulting services through the design process, which is ideal for clients wanting to do the remodel DIY with guidance when needed.
The DIY Architectural plan lets the client interact with the architects through different media tools to collaborate on design drawings. The DIY Architectural w/ KT+A plan is a more traditional architectural process where the architects produce all of the design and construction documents and building plans that are required.
