Meet ‘the cousins:
Jim Tselikis was born and raised in Maine but currently lives outside of the Santa Clarita Valley, 20 minutes south, in Los Angeles. Cousin number two is Sabin Lomac, who studied Drama in college, made a career in Real Estate and is now the co-founder of Cousins.
Food trucks are very much the current trend in all major cities. Cousins Maine Lobster has won top honors as Best Food Truck, several years in a row, in addition to other commendations and recognitions.
The menu is filled with traditional favorites, as well as new and inventive entrees, like Lobster Quesadillas, Red snapper hot dogs, Lobster Tots and even Maine lobster ice cream. In addition, gluten-free options are available.
