To become a part of the Thirty-One Gifts family, anyone interested must submit an agreement form and purchase an Enrollment kit, and as soon as the agreement is approved, the Enrollment kit is shipped and the business can begin. As a consultant, Thirty-One Gifts representatives will earn a 25% commission on every sale made through either online parties or different face-to-face parties. Though a consultant does run her own individual business, Thirty-One Gifts makes it very clear that they are never running it by themselves. Thirty-One Gifts offers a number of different tools, such as a personalized website, online training, and business supplies. Thirty-One Gifts also offers a number of different group events for consultants to come together and check in on each other’s progress and address any questions or concerns.
