Located in the Santa Clarita Athletic Club, The Champion Box offers a diverse array of exercises and equipment to take and push yourself with. With classes starting before dawn Monday through Friday, the course will run you through circuits, shifting between punching bags, sandbag lunges, and tire flips as well as cycling, weightlifting, amongst other drills. While the boot camp also offers the standard equipment, The Champion Box is also one of the few locations in Santa Clarita to offer both TRX and Vertimax training to help increase arm and leg strength as well as increase overall fitness through these routines along with the many others taught at The Champion Box.
While Andrews encourages boosts in personal health through physical exercise, he also understands the necessity for additional health products.
