Dr. Gilbert Snow is the founder of the Hi Desert Children’s Dental Clinic, which provides free dental care for children who come from low-income and no-insurance homes. He has collected more than 30 local oral care professionals to embark on this journey with him and together they book about 150 appointments annually.
On top of this ground breaking foundation, Dr. Snow and his staff make regularly visits to local elementary schools to conduct free dental screenings. He starts with an energetic speech about the importance of dental care, and then visits with each child to conduct the screening.
These local visits have been provided with the sole purpose of community service, and have no soliciting or self-promotion tactics attached.
