The company was established in the spring of 1987 when Kevin combined his background in construction with his education and the passion that he has for architecture. He started out by designing and drafting projects for friends and family while working towards his education.

He first completed two Associate Degrees in Architecture & Construction Technology, which then lead him to complete his under-graduate studies at Woodbury University earning a Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture. Tohill than decided to continue his education by getting his Master’s Degree in Construction Management from USC School of Engineering.
Tohill grew up in the family construction business, working hands-on for many years, as well as, working under structural engineer. These experiences have enabled him to combine the structural, practical and design aspects into all of his work.
The result is a workable design integrating the client’s individual ideas and different styles. Kevin’s passion in Architecture and dedication to what inspires him most is proven by his long term membership with the American Institute of Architects and his commitment to continuing education and sustainable design.
