Mark Schneider, owner and founder of Pacific Aire, started the company in the December of 1990 as an HVAC residential replacement company. At that time he had over 13 years of experience from another company, Western Heating.

Western Heating became one of the largest and most respected new construction HVAC companies in Ventura County in the 70’s and 80’s. Because of his experience, and the decline in demand of construction, Mark decided to take his experience and start his own business to utilize his past success and knowledge in the industry to provide customer service, maintenance and replacement in the residential market of today. On that day on December, 1990, Pacific Aire Inc. was born.

For the next 20 years and continuing, Pacific Aire has operated from several location in Southern California, all within the city of Ventura. Because of recent expanding, the headquarters now lie in Camarillo, and Pacific Aire proudly serves the communities within the counties of Ventura, Santa Barbara, and Los Angeles.

The business has grown considerably since moving, and yet they remain loyal to the moral ground they stood on that first day. These principles of providing outstanding customer service and professional workmanship from both its service and replacement departments stem from the small business-mentality they strive to keep loyal to.

This has been achieved through “continual training for all employees using industry partners, offsite training and internal mentoring.” To this day the force behind this company’s vision had been Mark Schneider.
