The following is the vendor setup, tear down, and show information for the 2017 KHTS Home and Garden Show is this weekend at Central Park.
The dates and times of the show are:
- Saturday April 29th from 10 am to 5 pm
- Sunday April 30th from 10 am to 4 pm

Vendor Setup will begin on Friday April 28th. Please see below for your scheduled setup time. Although we expect the show, as well as setup and teardown to go well, we ask that you please be patient with us and let one of our staff members know if you have any concerns at any time.

Here is the latest information for all vendors for the show:
VENDOR RECOMMENDATIONS:
- For those vendors who will be using their own canopy, it must be tied down with stakes and/or sand bags in case of wind. Central Park does occasionally get moderate wind, so it would be wise to make sure it is securely tied down. Canopies that were rented (as part of the price of vendor’s booths) will be tied down and secured by us in both the VIP tents and in the outside booths.
- Vendor parking will be permitted in our special vendor parking area, which will be marked. You will receive a vendor parking pass upon check-in. Parking will not be permitted in the vendor parking area without a vendor parking pass. This lot is first-come, first-served, so if the vendor lot is full, you will need to park in one of the visitor lots. If you are leaving your car overnight, it must be in the Vendor Parking lot (you will have the opportunity to move your car to this lot (if not parked there) at the end of the day when the lot clears out). Overnight security will be provided Friday and Saturday nights. If you have any items that could be damaged by wind overnight, it is recommended that you store these items in your vehicle until the morning. You will be permitted to transport items each morning before 9 am.
We are not responsible for any items that are damaged overnight due to unforeseen weather. Your vehicle must be out of the setup area NO LATER THAN 9:15AM.
- Central Park does not have wifi internet connection available in the show area. You will need to use cellular data if you require any internet connection. We have no control over this issue.
- Included with your vendor badges at check-in will be information on signing up for next year’s show. Signing up for next year’s show early will allow you to secure a great spot for next year as well as lock in a special early bird price with your deposit. Also, all vendors who lock in their booth by the end of the show on Sunday will be entered in a drawing to win a free Passport Vendor spot for 2018 (a $100 value)!
IMPORTANT VENDOR SETUP/TEARDOWN INFORMATION
Vendor Set-up
- Check in at the KHTS Main Entrance Check-In Booth before setting up. You will receive your vendor parking pass and show lanyards. A staff member will be available to direct you to your booth location.
- Set-up will be Friday, April 28th: Please arrive for setup at your scheduled time:
- VIP Tents 1-4 (Booths 100’s to 400’s) & A Royal Suite Furniture Showcase – Setup begins Friday 4/28 at 8AM-6PM
- VIP Tents 5-7 (Booths 500’s to 700’s) & Booths 1701 to 1704 – Setup begins 4/28 at Noon-6PM
- Booths 800’s to 1700’s & Reyes Winery – Setup Begins 4/28 at Noon-6PM
- Food Vendors – Setup Saturday 4/29 and Sunday 4/30 mornings – please arrive no later than 9AM to drive on to your space.
- Emergency Expo Vehicles – Please arrive Saturday 4/29 starting at 8am.
**Please honor these setup times. This will assure a more efficient setup.
- THE DRIVING OF ALL VEHICLES OVER CERTAIN AREAS OF THE GRASS IN THE PARK IS PROHIBITED BY THE CITY. We will allow vehicles in outer parts of the show area to drop off items, but your vehicle must exit the show area immediately after dropping off. There is also an access road around the area of the park where drivers will be able to drop off items near their booth. Please notify any delivery drivers of this information so they can accommodate. If you have any concerns or are in need of specific accommodations, please contact us ASAP before the Setup Day.
- There will be secure designated vendor parking on-site and overnight parking is permitted. All vehicles parked in this area MUST have a vendor parking pass.
- If you need to transport merchandise or anything to your booth on Saturday and/or Sunday, we ask that you do so no later than 9 am either day. During Saturday and Sunday setup, you MUST leave a cell number at the gate and your license plate number will be recorded upon entering. There will be absolutely NO PARKING on the show premises without permission. Violators will be towed at vehicle owners expense. Vehicles MUST be off show premises by 9am both Saturday and Sunday. No exceptions.
- Staff members and volunteers will be all around the park to assist you with any questions or concerns you may have during setup, show, and teardown. Because of the size of our show and hundreds of vendor booths, we ask that you please do not ask staff members or volunteers to transport any items or materials to and from your booth at any time. If you have a specific need, please see a staff member at the main check-in booth in the front area.
- Security will be provided during set-up through the end of the event. We ask that all vendor booths remain open until the show end time of both days (5 pm on Saturday and 4 pm on Sunday). We will have overnight security.
During the Show
- We hope your Home and Garden Show experience will be a positive one. Because of the many new events and features that we have added this year, we expect more people than ever to attend and most importantly, stay longer!
- In case of important information that we need to communicate with vendors before, during, and after the show, we will be posting any important information on our Home and Garden Facebook Page and tweets from our KHTS Twitter page. Please like and follow us on both accounts for any important announcements and information.
Vendor Teardown
- All vendors are required to remain open for business until 4pm on Sunday, April 30th.
- Teardown will begin at 4pm on Sunday. No vehicles for teardown will be allowed in the show area until 4:20pm.
- Please complete your teardown by 6:30pm.
- We will not be responsible for your items after 6:30pm.
